    • Although Elizabeth was born before the marriage of Enfield Flack to Mary Clark, and was probably more correctly Elizabeth Clark, I have kept her surname as Flack as this is the name she used when she married Henry Hopwood in 1828. I have assumed she is Enfield Flack's daughter because she had a son named Enfield Hopwood
