Mr J.W. Colless

The death occurred yesterday at the Mudgee District Hospital of Mr John W. Colless, at the age of 83 years, after an operation. Deceased was one of the best known and highly respected resident of the district. His wife predeceased him some months ago. He leave to mourn a grown-up family, who only, about twelve months ago, all assembled at Mudgee to celebrate the diamond wedding of their parents. The remains were interred in the Methodist portion of the Mudgee cemetery today. Mr. W.Burton had charge of the funeral arrangements.
